From November 6 to 10, we will travel to Mexico to be present at the 2023 Mediation Congress that will be held in the city of Querétaro.
As promoters of this event, we will participate alongside our president José Mª Tomás y Tío, who will speak in 2 conferences and give a Workshop. And it is a pleasure for Fundación por la Justicia to be part of this global Congress that brings together the most talented minds to address the latest advances in mediation, its potential and the positive transformation of coexistence, above all , the space available so that, during the dynamic, the best of ourselves is discovered and skills are revealed – essential, by the way – to address and manage all types of conflicts constructively, but, above all, to disseminate, through of the democratization of its practice, its potential for social pacification and awareness for the comprehensive and balanced development of nations.
A path towards the culture of Peace and Concord and that has among some of its objectives:
- Establish in which cases mediation is appropriate when the conflicts involve family violence.
- Promote preventive family mediation to safeguard, as far as feasible, this fundamental socializing institution of every society.
- That family conflicts are addressed in depth; That is, the real causes are clarified – especially in those cases in which the family disintegrates – to take care of the comprehensive health of girls, boys and adolescents.
- Evaluate the relevance of the school as an articulating entity of the family and the community.
- Consolidate the concept of peaceful schools, in which, transversally, knowledge is transmitted to understand.
