Foundation for Justice The project began in September 2022. “Access to Justice”, within the “FxJ with Ukraine” Program, whose main objective is to know and compile the damages that citizens have as victims of the war in Ukraine and that can be repaired, through the criminal process initiated by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court or the systems provided by international organizations. or national.

The essential alliance with three Valencian public universities, the University of Alicante, the Jaime I University of Castellón and the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, has allowed the training of the students of the last year of the degree and the Masters that each University offers, and to locate in the respective headquarters of the corresponding legal clinics, a space for reception and documentation of the testimonies voluntarily offered by the resident victims. in the proximitys.

The need to offer this proposal in the city of Valencia, for the victims housed in the territory of this province, requires us to open a space with the capacity that we can be able to receive testimonies of their respective damages and losses; in such a way that we collect in the shortest possible time the greatest number of affected victims, to whom we open an expectation of reparation, not only long-range depending on the possibilities of holding the eventual trial against those responsible for the war in Ukraine, but also, as a necessary budget for the provision of funds that other European or international institutions can obtain for this, without waiting for the result. of the long-term judicial action.

To this end, We need to have a sufficient number of volunteers to take the victims' testimonies., located in the city and province of Valencia, to whom we will offer the necessary prior training and the coverage of the volunteer insurance contracted by Fundación por la Justicia, adjusting to the current volunteer law.

People who may be interested should complete the questionnaire indicated below before March 16; and will be summoned to a 8 hour training program, to immediately begin his work with the victims.

To date, the Program has the institutional support of the General Directorate of Democratic Reforms and Access to Justice of the Department of Justice, Interior and Public Administration of the Generalitat Valenciana, of the public Universities of Alicante, Jaume I of Castellón and Miguel Hernández of Elche, of the Valencia Bar Association and the Consulate of Ukraine in this Community.
