The Foundation for Justice, Las Provincias, Levante EMV, Mar Galcerán, Sprinter, and the General Directorate for People with Disabilities of the Valencia City Council receive the 2025 ONCE Solidarity Awards for the Valencian Community.

The Foundation for Justice, Las Provincias, Levante EMV, Mar Galcerán, Sprinter, and the General Directorate for People with Disabilities of the Valencia City Council received the 2025 Grupo Social ONCE Comunidad Valenciana Solidarity Awards at a gala held at La Rambleta Theater in Valencia.

The ONCE Social Group Solidarity Awards The purpose of these awards is to recognize and reward individuals, organizations, institutions, media outlets, and government agencies that carry out charitable work within their sphere of influence, promoting social inclusion for all citizens, normalization, personal autonomy, and universal accessibility. The awardees stand out for their social sensitivity, long careers, and dedication to the social rights of the most disadvantaged.

Participating in the Gala were: Miguel Carballeda, president of the ONCE Social Group; Carlos Mazón, president of the Government of the Valencian Community; Maria de los Llanos Masso Linares, president of the Corts Valencianes; Enrique Llin, president of the Territorial Council of ONCE in the Valencian Community; Susana Camarero, vice president of the Generalitat Valenciana; Francisco José Gan Pampols, Second Vice President and Minister for Economic and Social Recovery of the Valencian Community; María José Catalá, mayor of Valencia; José Manuel Pichel, ONCE delegate in the Valencian Community; and Salvador Navarro Pradas, president of the Business Confederation of the Valencian Community; and Luis Vañó Gisbert, president of CERMI CV and the Third Sector Platform CV. They were accompanied by various political and social authorities, as well as representatives of the disability community and Levantine society.

Winners of the ONCE Social Group Solidarity Awards in the Valencian Community 2025

The Solidarity Award for Institution, Organization, Entity, NGO has received it Foundation for Justice On its 30th anniversary, it is dedicated to promoting and defending human rights in Spain and the most disadvantaged countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Since its founding, the Foundation for Justice has managed more than 200 projects in international development cooperation, global citizenship education, awareness-raising, and social action.

Mar Garcelán recogiendo el Premios Solidario a la Persona Física de manos de Miguel Carballeda

The Solidarity Award has been presented to the Natural Person to Mar Galcerán, for her personal efforts in overcoming the difficulties arising from her disability and having achieved, among other achievements, becoming the first female MP with Down syndrome in the Spanish state, thus becoming a reference for the community of people with disabilities and a spearhead of their political participation.

The award in the category of Company has received it Sprinter, for its decisive progress in the hiring of people with disabilities in general and for its incorporation into the project Footsteps with dignity for the recruitment of people with achondroplasia.

Finally, in the category of the estate of the Public Administration, the Solidarios award went to the Valencia City Council, General Directorate of People with Disabilities, to integrate comprehensive accessibility into all of the city of Valencia's framework strategies, taking into account the needs of all organizations representing people with disabilities in the city.
