Evaluation and monitoring of the State of Government in the public sector of the province of Valencia

A methodological report was prepared to evaluate and monitor the state of implementation of the Open Government in the public sector of the province of Valencia, in order to help the municipalities to know their situation regarding the pillars of transparency, citizen participation and accountability, as well as promotion of new measures and aspects of improvement. Likewise, this Report offered an overview of the European, National and Valencian Community legislation on the bases on which the idea of Open Government has been built and its implications in terms of creating spaces for meeting, dialogue and work with society.
