Pilar Almenar holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Valencia and a Master's degree in Journalism from the Autonomous University of Madrid and El País. She currently works as a freelance journalist, trainer, and project manager. Interested in cultural and social journalism, she has worked for numerous media outlets in radio, digital, print, and television (El País, La Marea, El Salto, Público, Carne Cruda, Jornada, Vice, and À Punt Mèdia). Since 2019, she has collaborated with the morning radio program À Punt (Les Notícies del Matí) as head of the #GentQueSuma section, which focuses on projects with a social impact.
As a communications professional, she has worked for cultural entities and festivals (Academia Valenciana de l'Audiovisual, Association of Contemporary Art Galleries of the Valencian Community (LaVac) or PhotOn Festival, among others) and also for social and development cooperation organizations such as Jovesólides, the Valencian Coordinator of NGOs, UNRWA - UN Agency for the Palestinian refugee population, Por Ti Mujer association, Intermón Oxfam and the Valencian Coordinator of NGOs, among others.
With extensive experience in projects with a social impact, since 2017 he has been running the Impresas Projecta magazine published by women inmates in Picassent prison (Valencia). In 2019, it received the Africanidad Award for social journalism from the Federación Unión Africana España and, together with Impresas, the Jury's Special Mention in the Communication category at the 1st Cooperation Awards of the Coordinadora Valenciana de ONGDs.
Cristina Vivó - Production Coordinator

Journalist and Audiovisual Communication graduate, with over fifteen years of experience in film and television production and film communication. For a decade, she has worked as a press officer for events such as the Malaga Film Festival, the SEMINCI (Spanish Seminar on Culture and Sport), and the Gaudí Awards, and was the creator of the digital content section of the Fuengirola Film Festival. She is also the creator and coordinator of the Humans Lab project development laboratory, organized by Humans Fest and the Foundation for Justice.
As a producer, she has been in charge of award-winning documentaries such as Almost Ghosts (SEMINCI, Best Documentary Award in Arizona) and Bull Run (DOC NYC, Berlanga Award). He has also participated in the production of renowned television formats such as My family in the backpack, Report y Film Lands for TVE and À Punt.
In fiction, she has worked as a production director on more than twenty projects. She currently combines her work at festivals with developing feature and short films in various stages of production, heading up her own production company.
Noelia Abellán - Production Assistant

Currently completing her university studies in Audiovisual Communication, where she has undertaken Dissidents, This is her first short film as director and screenwriter. She has been part of the production team for various film festivals, collaborating on logistics and protocol. She currently works as head of production for the Butoni Fest cultural festival. Simultaneously, she is developing her short film project. Wakefulness, selected andin the Atenea program and in the Humans Lab laboratory.
Aitana Gisbert Nieto – Awareness Coordinator

Aitana is a civil engineer from RWTH Aachen University and holds a master's degree in Development Cooperation from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Since 2020, she has worked in the social sector, participating in international cooperation, humanitarian aid, and awareness-raising projects. She has collaborated with organizations such as the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the NGO MUSOL, developing projects in various countries in Africa and Latin America.
Until April 2026, she was a project director at the Foundation for Justice, where she managed initiatives promoting human rights and social justice. She recently joined the Humans Fest team as an awareness coordinator, working to create spaces for critical reflection on human rights, culture, and contemporary social challenges.
Francesc Miró – Communications Officer

Francesc Miró (Oliva, 1992) is a writer and cultural journalist. He has published several books on animated film and contemporary critical thought. He has worked as a political discourse and communication consultant, a journalist in the culture section of elDiario.es, and editor-in-chief of Kinótico, a publication specializing in the audiovisual industry. He has also worked in communications agencies managing various cultural projects and in the communications departments of festivals such as Cinema Jove. He has written for publications including Butxaca Agenda Cultural de Barcelona, Diari Jornada, Revista Cactus, Levante-EMV, and Cinemanía, among others.
Adriana López Ramos – Communications assistant

Adriana López Ramos (Sitges, 2001) is a researcher and communicator in the field of ecosocial transition. She studied English Literature at the University of London and Fine Arts at the University of the Basque Country (UPV), specializing in film and documentary photography. Her Master's thesis in Ecological Humanities, Sustainability, and Ecosocial Transition (UPV-UAM) explored ecofeminism as a lens through which to construct new narratives of resilience in the face of the climate crisis. She has worked in the festival's communications department. Cridem pel Clima and is currently a guide in the Oceanogràfic From Valencia.
Paula Cabeza Labella (Diapasó) – Audiovisual

She specializes in photography, video, and streaming. As part of her ongoing learning, she is currently studying drone piloting and also holds a master's degree in UX/UI Design. Her motivation stems from her work intersecting with artistic, cultural, and social fields.

His company focuses on cultural events, public institutions, and third-sector organizations, an area where he finds the perfect balance between technical expertise, culture, and social commitment.
