Being an ambassador company of the Fundación por la Justicia has many advantages. Fundación por la Justicia se incluye entre las entidades beneficiarias de mecenazgo de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 49/2002, de 23 de diciembre, de régimen fiscal de las entidades no lucrativas y de los incentivos fiscales al mecenazgo. Por ello, informaremos a la Hacienda Pública de tu aportación y emitiremos el correspondiente certificado con el objeto de que puedas aplicar la correspondiente desgravación fiscal.

Criteria to be an ambassador company: it can be a project or an amount starting at 300 months. This means that to achieve the status of ambassador company we require a contribution, for a project or in general for Fundación por la Justicia, of €300 per month or its equivalent of €3,600 per year, at least.
