The error, the mistake, has a very bad press in politics. When managers make a mistake, the first thing they almost always do is deny it. And if there is no other choice, blame others. Never reflect on the cause of that error. If all the errors of the administrations have an impact, the error in Justice can do so much damage that the Constitution provides for it in Art. 121, which speaks of the right of citizens who suffer it. But, the Constitution being so categorical, then reality is not so categorical. And it is not so easy to complain against those errors.
That is what today's program "Master in Justice" is about.
Specifically, we will analyze the painful incident of a father convicted of abuse who stabbed his 11-year-old son to death a month ago. A fact of absolute bitterness that makes us ask ourselves: Was there a legal error?
Today in Master in Justice.
