TESTAMENTARY CLAUSES TO INSTITUTE AN HEIR OR MAKE A LEGACY TO THE JUSTICE FOUNDATION

1.-INSTITUTION OF HEIR:

“Institutes universal heir of all his assets, rights and actions, or a percentage of your inheritance (which must be quantified) to FUNDACIÓN POR LA JUSTICIA DE LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA, which is registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Generalitat Valenciana, by resolution of the Secretary General of the Department of Culture of May 17, 1995, with number 132 -V, with its CIF number G96356290”.

2.-ASSIGNMENT OF LEGACY:

A.-METALLIC LEGACY:
“Legacy a FOUNDATION FOR JUSTICE OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY, which is registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Generalitat Valenciana, by resolution of the Secretary General of the Department of Culture of May 17, 1995, with number 132-V, its CI F number G96356290, the AMOUNT OF ……EUROS”.

B.-LEGACY OF MOVABLE PROPERTY (PICTURES, JEWELRY...), SECURITIES (SHOCKS), OR INVESTMENT FUNDS:

“Legacy a FOUNDATION FOR JUSTICE OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY, which is registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Generalitat Valenciana, by resolution of the Secretary General of the Department of Culture of May 17, 1995, with number 132-V, being its CIF number G96356290, the TABLE (identification data), or the JEWELRY (describe them), or the SHARES ((relate and identify them) or the INVESTMENT FUND (identify it).”

C.-LEGACY OF REAL ESTATE:
“Legacy a FOUNDATION FOR JUSTICE OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY, which is registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Generalitat Valenciana, by resolution of the Secretary General of the Department of Culture of May 17, 1995 with number 132-V, its CIF number being G96356290, the PROPERTY registration number... of the Property Registry of..., consisting of (home, garage, storage room, rustic...), located in the municipality of..., on the street... with the police number, or in the Partida or place…”

3.- DECISION ON BENEFICIARIES

Whether the Foundation for Justice is designated as the heir or recipient of a legacy, the testator may indicate the group of beneficiaries, namely, minors, the elderly, women, migrants, war victims, people with disabilities...

In the event that the testator does not indicate any preference, the proceeds received will be used for the projects that FxJ carries out with vulnerable people, both in Spain and in one of the countries in which it works.
