Become an ambassador company

Being an ambassador company of the Fundación por la Justicia has many advantages. Beyond the tax benefits in terms of corporate income tax or personal income tax, all those who come into contact with the company (partners, employees, suppliers, customers, etc.) will value this active interest in social problems very positively, thus enhancing the image of the brand and the corporate values.

The Fundación por la Justicia is included among the beneficiaries of patronage in accordance with the provisions of Law 49/2002, of 23 December, on the tax regime for non-profit organisations and tax incentives for patronage. We will therefore inform the tax authorities of your contribution and issue the corresponding certificate so that you can apply the corresponding tax relief.

Criteria to be an ambassador company: it can be a project or an amount starting at 300 months. This means that to achieve the status of ambassador company we require a contribution, for a project or in general for Fundación por la Justicia, of €300 per month or its equivalent of €3,600 per year, at least.
