A day to celebrate diversity and build community
Dissabte May 17, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and invite us to participate in a special matí molt in the Plaça de l'Església de Natzaret. In the framework of the project "Barris Vius and Interculturals. A thousand stories to tell", we will celebrate a Interculturality Workshop many activities planned for all ages.
This initiative was created with the purpose of strengthening coexistence and community participation in increasingly diverse neighborhoods, with the challenges surrounding integration and social cohesion becoming the order of the day.
During the day, gaudirem d'un contacts on coexistence values, from the mother of Baobab Yo Afrolatidos, accompanied by family cultural workshops that will adapt to different traditions and ways of life.
Furthermore, the programming will continue both two different activities:
- A playful and educational proposal of a contact on values of coexistence for the children's audience.
- A space of cultural workshops destined for a more adult audiences.
An activity aimed at promote respect, tolerance, recognition of other cultures and the defense of human rights, from late childhood to adulthood.
This activity is part of the Community Festival organized by The Ark, a celebration open to all the veïnat, with different purposes to share, learn and conviure. And yes, there are also paellas!
