The 2023-2024 school year is ending and for the tenth consecutive year, at Fundación Por la Justicia we have developed the Escoleta Matinal project at the Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados de Nazaret center.
During this course, the project has accompanied 41 students between 3 and 16 years old, belonging to 25 families. In addition, the Morning School has had 13 volunteers during the course, as well as another seven people who have also been part of this project. Thanks to the work of volunteering, a personal and emotional bond is created, which helps boys and girls to create a relationship of trust and search for solutions.
The School Matinal is a social and educational project that Fundación por la Justicia has been implementing for a decade now and whose primary objective is to provide care and support to boys and girls from an educational center in Valencia in a situation of high violation. In this sense, we work with the firm purpose of reducing early school leaving and promoting educational performance, as well as improving coexistence and integration between different cultures; facilitating the social and educational inclusion of all girls and boys, from a culture of peace approach.
At Fundación por la Justicia we feel very grateful for having contributed one more year to our project, which continues to maintain its work of offering a completely healthy breakfast habit, promoting oral hygiene and offering social and educational support to students, among others. . And above all, thanks to the collaboration of the School of Families, Teachers and Students and the involvement of the Pediatrics area of the Nazareth Primary Health Center and the students and teachers of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the University of Valencia.
