It aims to identify the victims of war crimes in Ukraine to facilitate reparation for their damages. The initiative has the support of the public Universities of València, Alacant, Jaume I of Castelló and Miguel Hernández of Elche, of the Department of Justice, Interior and Public Administration, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies, of the Regiduría of Development Cooperation and Migration, of the Consulate of Ukraine in the Valencian Community, of the Illustrious Bar Association of Valencia, of the Federation of Ukrainian Associations of Spain, of the Vinatea Editorial Foundation and of the San José Schools.
