Sedes Humans Fest 2022

One more year, Humans Fest brings to Valencia the best international cinema about human rights, both in fiction and documentary genre. The objective of the festival is for this cultural offer to be available at different points, thus facilitating access to its programming and involving various areas of the city. Specifically, the official headquarters of 2022 they will be:

These spaces will host the screenings of feature films y short films, but also other activities, such as different debate tables in which leading people from the cinematographic and social field will participate. Likewise, the opening and closing events, which will have a special pass out of competition respectively, they will also be held in two of these locations.

The 13th edition of the Humans Fest has as its theme the migration and the shelter, understanding that they are fundamental rights that must be guaranteed and protected anywhere in the world. Therefore, the entire festival proposal will offer an approach to this issue from different perspectives. The programming Complete and detailed will be available shortly.

HUMANS FEST TAKES TO THE STREET

The change of date of the festival, which is celebrated this year from June 9 to 18, has led to the novelties of Humans Fest including a series of outdoor screenings. These will be held in squares and public venues in three neighborhoods of the city. It will be the case of Orriols, Patraix y Nazareth, where screens will be installed to enjoy part of the cinematographic works that have been presented in 2022.

ABOUT HUMANS FEST

Humans Fest, the International Film and Human Rights Festival of Valencia, is an initiative of Foundation for Justice which was born in 2009 and has established itself as a showcase for cinematography and the defense of human rights. The celebration of the 13th edition of Humans Fest is possible thanks to the collaboration of the Generalitat Valenciana, the Ajuntament de València, the Diputació de València and Caixa Popular.
