Maura and Rosa, dues il·literates women from a village with no electricity a El Salvador, havien arribat al Barefoot College, a l'Índia, s d'altres fortes women from all over the world, to attend a course on how to install solar panels. They have never been separated from their families, and they don't speak English.

Amb el temps, a South Peru, Jeny i Paula, que recentment s'envolta del curs, demostra que el Barefoot College és lloc on és impossible. Before they were wives and mothers. Now they are solar engineers who travel from village to village, fitting panels to bring the sun home

DIRECTOR

Chiara Andrich graduat en Performing Arts and Media Production a la Universitat de Pàdua el 2006. He graduat al documentary film al Experimental Cinema Centre Palerm al 2012 Giovanni Pellegrini. The two directors, both Venetians were authors of several documentary films.
