The "1 MINUTE-1 RIGHT" contest, within the framework of the VIIIth Valencia Documentary Film and Human Rights Festival, presents short films that must deal with one of the human rights included in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The screening will be at the D'OR cinemas in Valencia.

• Work carried out in schools
• Centers that serve people at risk of social exclusion and penitentiaries and university centers

Endowed with 250 euros each.
