HISTORY
Juan is Spanish and has been locked up in an Egyptian jail for 17 years. During that time, he has written two volumes of poetry, got married and had a daughter, all the while dreaming of returning to Spain in the near future. A team of reporters enters the prison to interview him, unaware that something terrible is about to happen.

DIRECTOR
AITOR ITURRIZA
He Studied Audiovisual Communication at the Carlos III University in Madrid and studied film and documentary-making at the ESCAC film school. He has worked on approximately 20 short films as assistant director, screenwriter or director.
BERNAT GUAL
He studied Advertising and started working for different media groups as a copywriter and editor of news programmes. He has directed and written several documentaries that have subsequently been broadcast on the regional television networks TV3 and IB3. In 2012 he took the Master’s in Filmmaking at the ESCAC film school, where he made his first fiction shorts.
