Amb aquesta, es pret\u00e9n desenvolupar un espai de reflexi\u00f3 i debat al voltant d&#039;experi\u00e8ncies i coneixements en el desenvolupament, la construcci\u00f3 i l&#039;execuci\u00f3 d&#039;eines d&#039;avaluaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" xml:lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El concepte de Govern Obert neix en un context en qu\u00e8 la generalitzaci\u00f3 en la utilitzaci\u00f3 de les noves tecnologies i la revoluci\u00f3 digital durant els darrers anys han modificat la forma de comunicaci\u00f3 de les administracions p\u00fabliques amb la ciutadania. Alhora, ha impulsat certs canvis en la manera de governar que cal entendre com a veritables oportunitats per afavorir la confian\u00e7a, la qualitat democr\u00e0tica i la proximitat amb el p\u00fablic en general.
