Eligibility of the works is stated as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum duration 55 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Be an original work and to treat the themes of Human Rights.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted exhibition formats: DCP (no KDM), Blu Ray, 35mm.<\/li>\n<li>Works realized after 1st of January 2016.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e8nere: Cinematographic documentaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This section has a fee of 10\u20ac.<br \/>\nThe Festival organization will provide waiver to those filmmakers or producers which find it difficult to pay the fee.
