<\/p>\nThe Costa Rican Association of Visual Artists (ACAV), in collaboration with the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights, will celebrate the pre-inauguration of the International Film and Human Rights Festival, in San Jos\u00e9 (Costa Rica). In this way, Costa Rica becomes the sub-headquarters of the FIC, where various activities will take place, among which is the \u201cHuman Rights\u201d exhibition that will be open to the public from October 19 to 25. \u201cHuman Rights\u201d collects, through works by different artists, the 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The objective is to make this statement known to a larger number of audiences from a visual point of view and impact on the viewer. The exhibition will be inaugurated after a cinema forum in which various artists and members of ACAV will participate.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the Valencia International Film and Human Rights Festival, the screening of Octavio Guerra's debut film called \u201cAgua Bendita\u201d will also take place in Costa Rica. Additionally, on November 20 and 21, a screening of short films will be held, which will include: \u201cImagine Sleeping at Home,\u201d \u201cPiraku\u00e1, the GUARDI\u00c3ES of the Apa River<\/span>","\u00a0Panambizinho, or Fogo that never pays\u00bb (produced by Ascuri)<\/span>\u00a0and \u201c1938\u201d.
