THE EDITION TRANSFERS ITS DATES TO JUNE<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The\u00a0Valencia Human Rights Film Festival<\/strong>,\u00a0Humans Fest<\/strong>, change teams and take the opportunity to take new directions. The journalist\u00a0Majo Siscar<\/strong>\u00a0(Pego, 1983) last September took charge of a new team, which has completed\u00a0Pilar Almenar\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0Cristina Vivo<\/strong>\u00a0in recent months. Siscar has worked both in the daily press, as a correspondent in Latin America for different media, and on television. Now, he takes over from Samuel Sebasti\u00e1n, who assumed maximum responsibility in 2019.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The 2022 edition has already begun to walk and\u00a0The first relevant change has been that of the dates<\/strong>, which moves from the usual February to June (from the 9th to the 16th, a week before the start of Cinema Jove). This movement will allow \u2013 as Siscar explains to this newspaper \u2013 to add to the usual festival spaces (such as Filmoteca or La Nau), screenings in popular and peripheral neighborhoods such as Rascanya, Cabanyal or La Petxina. The objective is to bring the festival \u201cto the public that is not a festival fan\u201d and to mobilize those who are a fan to discover other spaces where they can enjoy the films.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
