ABOUT FOUNDATION FOR JUSTICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Foundation for Justice (FxJ) is a non-profit, independent, and non-denominational organization that has been working since 1994 to promote and defend human rights in Spain, as well as in countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Its mission is fulfilled through actions that denounce injustice and advocate for the restoration of fundamental rights. Among its initiatives, it co-organizes HumansFest \u2013 the Valencia International Film and Human Rights Festival.

JOB MISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The selected person will design, implement and evaluate the communication and visibility strategy of the Foundation for Justice, support fundraising and membership drives, and contribute to political advocacy and awareness-raising processes on human rights and global justice.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Communication and content<\/strong>
\nDesign and implement the organization's annual Communication Plan.
\nDevelop a communication schedule that ensures the achievement of the objectives of the different projects.
\nManage FxJ's social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and the institutional website (fundacionporlajusticia.org).
\nTake photographs and videos.
\nCreate and produce written, audiovisual and graphic content for different channels and audiences.
\nPrepare graphic and informational materials: brochures, reports, presentations, memoirs.
\nCoordinate the communication of awareness, social action, cooperation and training projects.
\nWrite and distribute the organization's newsletter.
\nTo ensure visual identity and message consistency across all FxJ communications.
\nMonitor and analyze the impact of communication actions (web analytics, networks, campaigns).
\nPrepare supporting reports with the results of communication during the execution of the project.<\/p>\n

Media relations and impact<\/strong>
\nManaging media relations: press releases, press conferences, interviews, reports\u2026
\nTo accompany in political advocacy and social awareness campaigns.<\/p>\n

Recruitment and awareness-raising<\/strong>
\nSupport awareness and visibility campaigns for FxJ projects.
\nTo collaborate occasionally in actions to recruit members and donors.<\/p>\n

Events<\/strong>
\nSupport in the management of events organized by the Foundation for Justice.
\nTechnical support for the event: presentations, video calls, sound...<\/p>\n

Humans Fest and transversals<\/strong>
\nCoordinate with the HumansFest communications team for consistency of messages and joint visibility of the festival and the Foundation.
\nSupport in communication actions related to FxJ events and activities.
\nPrepare follow-up reports on communication actions for the Technical Directorate.<\/p>\n

REQUIRED PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related discipline.
\nExperience in communication and\/or fundraising in NGOs, foundations or third sector entities.
\nProficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar).
\nExperience in social media management, digital campaigns and content production.
\nAbility to write clearly, attractively, and adapted to different audiences and channels.
\nIntermediate knowledge of web design and monitoring tools. (WordPress and Elementor)
\nFluency in Spanish and Valencian (essential).
\nProficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office \/ Google Workspace).
\nWordPress management or other web management platforms.<\/p>\n

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience in fundraising, private fundraising and donor community management.
\nExperience with email marketing tools (Brevo, Mailchimp or others).
\nKnowledge in audiovisual production, photography and video editing.
\nExperience with film festivals, culture or events with social and human rights content.
\nKnowledge of languages (English, French or others) at a professional level.
\nExperience in political advocacy and social awareness campaigns.<\/p>\n

OFFER CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working hours: 20 hours per week (may be extended later depending on the availability of funds).
\nContract duration: 6 months trial period and then indefinite.
\nStart date: immediate.
\nWorkplace: in person at C\/ Ripalda 16, Valencia, with the option of teleworking one day a week (to be agreed with the rest of the team).
\nRemuneration according to the Collective Agreement for Social Action \u2013 Group 1.<\/p>\n
