Its mission is achieved through actions that denounce injustice and advocate for the restoration of fundamental rights. At FxJ, we are committed to diversity in the workplace, and to reaffirm this commitment, we are signatories to the Diversity Charter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The general objectives of FxJ are:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The denunciation of injustice and the violation of human rights.<br \/>\nThe training and awareness-raising of society on human rights and justice.<br \/>\nCreating opportunities for vulnerable groups or those at risk of exclusion.<br \/>\nThe construction of instruments and means that make a more just society possible.<\/p>\n<p><b>REQUIRED PROFILE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in International Cooperation, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years of experience in international cooperation project management, global citizenship education, cultural management and\/or social action.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the procedures of international funders (mainly the EU)<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of project formulation and logical frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in financial management and preparation of economic justifications.<\/li>\n<li>Professional level English (essential); French or other languages are a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and budget management tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following will be taken into account:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in economic management of film festivals, cultural events or projects with mixed budgets (public\/private).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of European funds (Erasmus+, DEAR, Creative Europe, Horizon Europe).<\/li>\n<li>Training in project auditing or accounting applied to the third sector.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in the field or with counterparts in the global south.<\/li>\n<li>Network of contacts in the field of international and\/or European cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify international funding opportunities (EU, AECID, United Nations, Generalitat Valenciana, etc.) and prepare project proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Formulating international projects: designing logical frameworks, budgets, timelines, and evaluation plans.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate the implementation of cooperation projects with local and international partners (e.g., Court of Justice).<\/li>\n<li>Restorative medicine in El Salvador or other countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America).<\/li>\n<li>Prepare technical and financial reports for international funders and auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the economic and accounting management of international projects.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the finances of HumansFest in coordination with the independent festival team: budget, monitoring of income and expenses, justifications to festival funders (ICAA, Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia, Diputaci\u00f3, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with headquarters management for the overall financial consistency of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Perform budget monitoring of the entire FxJ set and analysis of deviations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with eligibility regulations and auditing of public funds.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with partners, counterparts and international funding bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Technical and General Management in the financial planning and sustainability of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OFFER CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Day: 8pm (extendable to full time)<br \/>\nContract duration: indefinite (6 months trial period).<br \/>\nStart date: immediate.<br \/>\nWorkplace: In person, at Calle Ripalda, 16, Valencia, with the option of occasional teleworking (to be agreed with the rest of the team).<br \/>\nRemuneration in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention, Group 1.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Foundation for Justice guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided, in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD).\u00a0<strong>The selection process will include a resume review, a technical test, and a personal interview.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Duraci\u00f3n del contrato: Indefinido (6 meses prueba) Tipo de contrato: Media jornada (ampliable a jornada completa) D\u00f3nde: Val\u00e8ncia (Espa\u00f1a) Abierta a candidaturas hasta: 22\/05\/2026 Env\u00eda mail a info@fundacionporlajusticia.org con la siguiente informaci\u00f3n: Curr\u00edculum vitae actualizado (formato europeo preferiblemente).
