The International Film and Human Rights Festival of Valencia, Humans Fest<\/b>, organized by Fundaci\u00f3n por la Justicia, presents the official poster of the 17th edition of the festival, which will be held from May 28 to June 6. It is a creation of the designer PdePiera<\/b> (Alba Piera), designed jointly with the cooperative of Valencian illustrators Febra Estudi<\/b>. A composition with various characters and colorful elements that evoke the defense of the rights of childhood and youth, the central theme of the Enguany festival.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe composition of the poster vol emphasize the importance of childhood and active youth<\/strong>, ", that they are part and that they have a vindictive thought", explains the Valencian illustrator and graphic designer Alba Piera. The figures claim \u201cthe dret a la pau, a habitable future, a l'education or identitat<\/strong>. A childhood and youth that observes and demands that adults take responsibility for the conflicts that they generate and that will have an impact on the future of all people.\u201d.<\/p>\n Alba Piera has illustrated Ecologists in Action campaigns, socio-labor studies, ve\u00efnal movements and 8M demonstrations. He has worked on media reports with El Salto and has designed the identity of self-publishing festivals with Autozine. I also give workshops on illustration, fanzine and printing. The Humans Fest poster was created by Febra Estudi, a graphic and creative cooperative formed by the illustrators GalletaMaria, EixaesIsa and Ella Mateixa, who work with social commitment with the foundational projects.<\/p>\n Humans Fest is part of the international Human Rights Film Network, together with three 52 film and human rights festivals worldwide and is a qualifying competition for the Goya Awards in the Curtmetratges category. The 17th edition is made thanks to the Valencian Institute of Culture of the Generalitat Valenciana; the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA); the Provincial Council of Valencia; Caixa Popular, the Valencian Coordinator of NGOD (CVONGD) and the collaboration of the Department of Social Services, Family and Children, the General Directorate of Inclusion and Development Cooperation and Teika.
