Eligibility of the works is stated as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum duration 55 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Be an original work and to treat the themes of Human Rights.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted exhibition formats: DCP (not KDM), Blu Ray, 35mm.<\/li>\n<li>Works carried out after 1st of January 2016.<\/li>\n<li>Genre: Cinematographic documentaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This section has a fee of \u20ac10.<br \/>\nThe Festival organization will provide a waiver to those filmmakers or producers who find it difficult to pay the fee.
