But from a young age Isabelle knew that she was different from other girls. Deep down Isabelle has always known that she is a boy born in a girl&#039;s body. Since then he has always been obliged to explain himself to others, over and over again. This documentary follows Sam&#039;s steps from his childhood to his graduation.
