THE HISTORY<\/strong><\/h1>\n

22 years ago twins Isabelle and Denise were born. But from a young age Isabelle knew that she was different from other girls. Deep down Isabelle has always known that she is a boy born in a girl's body. At the age of 6 he already knew that when he grew up he wanted to be a father, and a few years later he changed his name to Sam. Since then he has always been obliged to explain himself to others, over and over again. This documentary follows Sam's steps from his childhood to his graduation. During that time he has undergone surgery to remove his breast and has received testosterone injections. Today Sam is a young man whose identity is constantly questioned by his surroundings, who is simply trying to find his way in a life that has not made it easy for him.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
