Be original and address the issue of the rights of refugees and\/or asylum rights.<\/li>\n<li>Work carried out from January 1, 2016.<\/li>\n<li>Fiction, documentary and animation genre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Download the <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionporlajusticia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/HUMANS-FEST_bases2018_CORTO_ASILO.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rules for the call for short films Asylum and Refugee Law<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The final deadline to submit works is October 15, 2017.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1496338969037_55584\">The Festival Organization makes scholarships (waivers) available for filmmakers or producers who see the fee as an obstacle to registration.
